Terms and Conditions – PKR Spain Gaming Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the PKR Spain platform — whether on a desktop browser, a mobile browser or any other device — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform and should not create an account.

These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between you and PKR Spain with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede any prior agreements, representations or understandings, whether written or verbal. PKR Spain reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register an account with PKR Spain, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains open:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKR Spain does not accept players under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and for your own personal, non-commercial use. Corporate accounts and accounts registered on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion on PKR Spain or any other gaming platform where you have voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details.
• You must not have had a PKR Spain account previously closed for a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

PKR Spain reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point. This may include a copy of a national identity card, passport, or proof of residential address. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Rules

Each person is permitted to hold only one active PKR Spain account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms and Conditions. PKR Spain employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered may be closed and any bonus balances voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. PKR Spain will never ask you to share your password through any communication channel including email, live chat or social media. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password without delay.

Account credentials must not be transferred, sold or assigned to any other person. Allowing another person to use your account, or using another person's account, is prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all accounts involved.

• Keep your login details private and do not share them with anyone.
• Ensure your registered contact details, especially your mobile number and email address, remain current and accurate.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact support if you notice any transactions or activity on your account that you did not initiate.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits on PKR Spain are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and other mobile wallet options as made available from time to time. Deposit methods and their availability may change without prior notice.

Deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. You may not deposit using a payment method belonging to a third party, including a family member. Deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method. These limits are displayed within the deposit section of your account at the time of each transaction. PKR Spain does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your provider if you are unsure.

Deposits are credited to your PKR Spain account once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing time of the sending institution.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed back to the payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and is applied consistently to all accounts.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. PKR Spain may request documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. Providing accurate documentation promptly will help ensure your withdrawal is processed without unnecessary delay.

• Withdrawals are only available to the account holder whose name matches the registered payment method.
• Any active bonus balance must be either completed (wagering requirements met) or forfeited before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method and are shown at the time of request.
• Processing times vary: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed on the same day; bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
• PKR Spain does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. Your payment provider's own charges, if any, remain their responsibility.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

PKR Spain offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, weekly cashback and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL matches and ICC cricket tournaments. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is live. General bonus terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all PKR Spain promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from meeting the stated wagering requirement can be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are completed will be forfeited along with any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering. Contribution rates vary by game type and are set out in the specific promotion terms. Typically, slots contribute at a higher rate than table games or live products where applicable.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device and IP address. Attempts to claim bonuses across duplicate accounts constitute abuse and will result in all bonuses being voided.

8. Responsible Gaming

PKR Spain is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. All players have access to the following tools through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a time limit for your gaming session. You will receive a notification when your chosen session duration has elapsed.

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process.
• Creating or operating more than one PKR Spain account.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated systems to interact with the platform in any way, including to place bets, spin slots or exploit bonus mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known platform error are not considered valid and may be reversed.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity. PKR Spain complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Using another person's payment method, identity or account credentials in any way.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

PKR Spain reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct or where continued account operation poses a risk to the platform, other players or the account holder themselves.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified by email or in-platform message. During a suspension, access to the account and all associated funds will be restricted pending the outcome of the review. PKR Spain aims to complete account reviews within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome as promptly as practicable.

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within one business day. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard verification requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

PKR Spain provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, PKR Spain does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and factors outside PKR Spain's control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

PKR Spain's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the return of any real-money deposit balance held in your account at the time any issue arises. PKR Spain is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
